Why the price looks different once you count title

Preliminary title research is normally sold per report. One national foreclosure-data provider published $50 per report, or $45 each in a ten-pack, at one to two business days, when we checked on July 27, 2026. Ours is automated, on every lot, at no extra cost. Here is the same month for an investor who checks 10 lots:

Subscription + per-report titleDeedRock Pro
Subscription$29$149
Title on 10 lots+$450 ($45 x 10)included
Month total$479$149
Wait per report1-2 business daysalready on the card

That is why a plan costs more than a bare listing feed: the research that normally costs $450 a month is the product.
